He was overburdened and wanted to quit before reaching the top, and leave behind the company that he started to his co-founders to take public while he cashed out and chilled. We were working on a legacy plan and buy-out for his company that required absolute precision, ensuring the management of the company, his employees' overall wellbeing and his children's positioning within the company after his departure. A merger deal was insultingly low... then this happened - a few million shy of a billion dollar project fell on his lap. He was also a yoga and meditation practitioner with Enlightened Masters for over 20 years before this Tantric Executive Coaching, and we went specific, customized and deeper.
