The Systems Approach Behind My Tantric Executive Coaching

Hi there! I’m Alora, your Tantric Executive Coach.

For 20 years, I’ve been teaching a specific style of yoga, tantra and meditation that I learned through deep study and practice in India.

When I returned to the West, something became immediately clear: the way these teachings were practiced while I was in India, did not translate cleanly into the fast-paced, high-pressure life that I was not too excited to return to.

Moreover, they certainly didn’t translate into leadership, business, or real-world intimacy the way people hoped they would.

So I did what I’ve always done instinctively.
I tested everything.

• I was no longer in India.
• I no longer had three hours or more a day to practice.
• I had only ten to fifteen minutes, sometimes less.

Instead of treating that as a limitation, I treated it like a systems problem.

Because a system under constraint, reveals what actually matters.

Like a scientist, I became precise.

If I needed focus, I identified the exact tantric and meditation practices that reliably produced focus, neurologically, energetically, cognitively.

If I needed creativity, I selected the practices that generated creative flow, not philosophically, but experientially and repeatably.

I stopped doing “a practice”
and started engineering outcomes.

Because when time is limited, vague spirituality collapses.
Only what actually works survives.

That’s when everything changed.

I began customizing spiritual practice routines the same way an engineer customizes a system, based on inputs, constraints, and desired outputs. Not dogma. Not lineage loyalty. Not copy-pasted tradition.

Real results.

And those results were undeniable.

Students healed chronic spinal injuries from car accidents within a week of their assigned practice and dropped painkillers they had relied on.

Others launched successful businesses seemingly out of nowhere.

Those already with thriving businesses began expanding into new projects and revenue streams with ease, experiencing their highest revenue year yet… and it was only still August.

Couples and individuals began reporting what they casually called “the best sex of their lives.” Not because they learned new techniques, but because their entire internal system reorganized, and their knowledge-base of sexuality had evolved into new possibilities and spiritual grounding.

Patterns emerged.

The same internal mechanics that produced clarity in meditation, were driving leadership decisions.
The same nervous system coherence that unlocked creativity, was deepening intimacy.
The same energetic alignment that stabilized focus, was transforming erotic experience.

What emerged from this wasn’t a method.

It was a framework.

Two teaching systems were born.

The first is my Business + Chakras™ Blueprint, presented at a global conference in 2014. It helps executives translate energetic frequency and intelligence into leadership, decision-making, and strategic clarity, aligning their company with its highest point of impact rather than operating from burnout, force, or fragmentation.

The second is my Sex + Chakras™ Map, which helps singles and couples of all body-types and sexual identities understand what tantric sex actually is, not performance, fantasy, or control, but a whole-system experience. It integrates spirituality into the bedroom by working with the same internal mechanics used in meditation, leadership, and creative flow, trained identically, applied differently, as I trained these couples online worldwide.

Those 2 frameworks were created over a decade ago, so after further pressure-testing with executives from all walks of life around the globe, I now simply call it, my Body, Business, Bedroom™ Holistic Coaching System.

That is the centrifuge that guides every Tantric Executive Coaching Session and all my offerings. The Business + Chakras™ Blueprint, and Sex + Chakras™ Map, are now the frameworks I use when it is time to get mechanical and surgical about the approach, grounding all that is learned into a system that works, is repeatable, and can be carried into any business or sexual situation, enhancing both exponentially.

This is where most teachings break.

• People are taught techniques without understanding the operating system beneath them.
• They’re taught to perform rather than to stabilize.
• They’re taught control instead of coherence (no-control).

What I teach is different.

The practices used for spiritual depth, executive clarity, and erotic mastery are the same practices, calibrated to different outcomes. There is no fragmentation. No “work self,” “spiritual self,” and “sexual self.”

There is one system, trained to function across real-world contexts.

That’s the work.
